About Me

Growing up, I spent a great amount of time with my grandmother and during that time, we looked through photo albums; we even created our own. She taught me that life is short and memories fade, but you can travel back in time through photographs.

I was known in college as "Selfie-Sam" due to me always taking photos of friends and events on my phone. As I continued on with capturing these images, I decided it was time to invest in an actual camera, and that is how SamCam Photography LLC came to be.

I pride myself on capturing the little moments, because we all know those are what mean so much.

I am 27 and reside in the Winchester, VA area. When I'm not capturing memories for those around me, you can catch me listening to Taylor Swift, Crocheting or Knitting, playing hide and seek with my niece or nephew, or watching something new on Netflix.
